This guide explains how to add, use, troubleshoot, and remove the OneClickRooms Zoom integration. The integration is used to connect a user's Zoom account so OneClickRooms can generate Zoom meeting links directly in booking workflows.
Prerequisites: (a) active OneClickRooms account, (b) valid Zoom account, and (c) permission to connect apps in OneClickRooms.
Steps: Go to Settings > Connect Apps in OneClickRooms, click Connect under Zoom Meeting, sign in to Zoom, and approve requested permissions. After successful callback, Zoom status appears as Connected in Connect Apps.
Use case: Create Zoom meeting links from OneClickRooms bookings without manually copying links from Zoom.
Prerequisites: Zoom must be connected and active in Settings > Connect Apps.
How it works: In the booking flow, select Zoom Meeting as provider. OneClickRooms uses the connected account to generate and store meeting details with the booking record.
If Zoom connection fails, retry the authorization flow and ensure consent is completed in Zoom. If your organization enforces app restrictions, ask your Zoom administrator to allow the app. If you still see connection errors, contact support@oneclickrooms.com.
For Zoom Marketplace reviewers: see the full step-by-step validation guide at Zoom Reviewer Test Plan.
From OneClickRooms: Open Settings > Connect Apps and click Disconnect on Zoom Meeting.
From Zoom: Remove/uninstall the OneClickRooms app from your Zoom account/app management. Zoom then sends a de-authorization webhook event to OneClickRooms.
When Zoom de-authorizes or removes the app, OneClickRooms marks the related Zoom connection as inactive and records disconnect timestamp. New booking operations stop using that Zoom account until reconnection.
Previously generated Zoom links continue to behave according to Zoom provider policies and account settings. Integration records are retained only for operational, auditing, and compliance purposes, and eligible deletion/access requests can be submitted to support@oneclickrooms.com.
