Organize campuses, buildings, classrooms, academic Boards, classes, subjects, staff, and students with role and campus boundaries.
Students use their own account. Parents see only the students assigned by the school, switch between their linked students, and open each student’s workspace.
HODs submit class schedule requests for a Board, class, subjects, faculty, and effective dates. Campus Administration allocates time, building, and classroom.
Teachers assign student work through academic workflows; students and their linked parents can review the assigned homework and submission status.
Authorized school roles coordinate exams, approvals, submissions, attendance, marking, result publication, and student access.
Finance teams configure fee types, issue recurring or individual charges, review payment evidence, and manage student account records. Students and linked parents can pay, submit payment evidence, review balances, and download available invoices and receipts.
Authorized students and staff can use the accommodation, leave, transfer, and other student-service workflows enabled for their account.
Where configured, authorized users can connect Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom and attach meeting links to class schedules.
Student-targeted portal emails are also copied to the linked parent when the active assignment is available. Password reset messages are excluded; security notifications may be copied.
Page and action access is checked for the active student and campus. A student Financial Hold is also applied in that student’s parent workspace, with My Finances available for payment-related work.
School teams use assigned dashboards, task queues, reports, and approval workflows to follow operational work across the institution and their campuses.
Review published schedules, manage authorized schedule changes, and record attendance against class sessions.
Manage campus vehicles, routes, stops, passenger capacity, and effective stop fares. A student or parent working in the selected student’s context can request service; Campus Admin approves it and Finance verifies payment before an active request provides a downloadable PDF pass with a QR verification page.
Coordinators schedule class-wide academic events and Campus Admin schedules campus-wide events. Notify eligible students and linked parents, manage per-student event fees, and collect post-event feedback.
Assign employment access to institution HR or selected campus HR so contract work follows the employee's approved school scope.
Issue contracts with designation, campus, department, grade, salary step, workload, notice periods, contract terms, and optional signed-PDF acceptance.
Manage salary scales, preserve contract versions, record approved step changes, and issue a new offer when a contract is renewed.
Configure eligible leave types, allowances, approval, and carry-forward, alongside contract terms for summer and winter vacation salary treatment.
Review salary tax estimates and take-home pay, then process approved salary batches with overtime, extra duties, visiting-teacher pay, bonuses, leave deductions, and advance recovery.
Track resignations, scheduled contract endings, clearance and settlement, expiry reminders, and institution-approved experience letters with QR verification.
A parent account is created or assigned by authorized school staff. The parent signs in with their own credentials, chooses a linked student from the Family Dashboard, and works in that student’s context. Switching to a sibling changes the active student and the records shown in student pages.
One student can have only one active parent account. For siblings, a school can assign one parent to a verified sibling linkage so the parent can access the linked group. Student and parent account credentials remain separate.
School classroom scheduling uses the campus, Board, class, academic term, and effective date range. The HOD defines subjects, faculty, and request details. Campus Administration assigns the class time and physical room, with availability checks for faculty and classrooms.
Menus reflect assigned roles and the student’s available services. If a Financial Hold restricts a student, the menu remains visible, but opening blocked work redirects to My Finances. The same student-specific rule applies when a parent has selected that student.
