Campus transfers move a student’s school context between campuses. The process may require an academic mapping, a transfer fee decision, and approvals from the source or destination campus.
Before you begin
- Confirm the source and destination campus and any transfer requirements before submitting.
Open the student record after completion and verify its destination campus.
-
Start the request
Open Campus Transfers and choose the student, source campus, destination campus, and proposed effective date. Review the student identity before continuing.
-
Resolve academic mapping
If the campuses use different boards, classes, or terms, select the approved mapping that matches the student’s current academic record.
-
Complete fee and document steps
Review any transfer fee policy and attach the required evidence. Follow the page instructions for payment or exemption.
-
Submit for approval
Submit the request and monitor its status from Campus Transfers or My Tasks. The responsible campus or institution approver reviews the request.
-
Verify completion
After approval and completion, confirm the student’s campus, class, term, and related enrollment records reflect the destination.
Use the request status and approval history as the source of truth.
Who sees the request
Access to transfer requests depends on the student’s institution and the source or destination campus. A student may be able to follow their request, while staff handle approval steps.
Do not create a second transfer request to work around a pending or rejected one. Review the current status and decision comments.
Before completing
- Confirm the destination campus accepted the student.
- Check the effective date and academic mapping.
- Review whether fees, finance holds, sibling linkage, and parent access need staff follow-up.
