A student account presents the student’s own school activity. Available pages can depend on enrollment, campus configuration, financial status, and services enabled by the institution.
Before you begin
- Keep your sign-in details private and use the school’s official portal address.
Check the page’s term, date, class, and status filters before reporting a missing item.
-
Open the dashboard
Sign in with the student account and review the dashboard and My Tasks for current work.
-
Check the timetable
Open My Timetable or Today’s Timetable and confirm the active term and schedule. Contact the school if a class or teacher appears incorrect.
-
Review homework and exams
Open My Homework or My Exams to view published tasks and exam information. Follow any submission instructions and deadlines shown by the school.
-
Use available services
Open My Results, My Finances, My Leaves, Campus Transfers, or Accommodation when those pages are available to your account.
The school controls which services are active and what information is published to student accounts.
If information is missing
- Check that the correct student account is signed in.
- Confirm the school has enrolled the student in the current campus, term, class, and subject.
- Ask the school office whether the schedule, task, result, or service has been published and is available to the student.
Student and parent accounts
Student sign-in is separate from parent sign-in. A parent assignment does not let a parent change the student password or become the student.
Do not share your student password with another student. Ask the school office to correct enrollment or account details.
