The school mobile API supports a student client where the school has enabled or distributed one. It uses the student’s school account to return supported student information. Access is tied to the student identity and institution scope; parent accounts and staff accounts use their own role experiences.
Before you begin
- The mobile app must be installed from an official source and used with the student’s own account.
Check the web student portal if an item is not available in the mobile app.
-
Use the school-provided app
Install or open the mobile client only from the distribution channel provided by the school or OneClickRooms. If the school has not enabled mobile access, use the web student portal.
-
Sign in as the student
Use the student’s own email and password. Complete any password recovery through the school’s approved sign-in flow.
-
Review available sections
Open the supported dashboard, timetable, attendance, academic profile, exams, finance, and leave sections shown for your account. Availability depends on the client version and school setup.
-
Refresh after a school update
Use the app’s refresh option or reopen the screen after the school updates a schedule, leave decision, or account record. Sign out and back in if your session has expired.
It does not create a second student profile or grant access to a sibling’s information.
Mobile account security
- Do not share the student password or keep it in a public device.
- Sign out on a device shared with another person.
- Report a lost device or unexpected sign-in to the school office.
If a section is missing
Check the student account, current campus and class enrollment, and the school publication status. Contact the school if the portal itself shows the information but the app does not refresh.
