Student profiles can include identity, prior-school, classification, guardian, and qualification details. Supporting identity documents are private student records and should be collected and accessed only for the school’s stated purpose.
Before you begin
- Verify the student record before uploading a document or changing an identity field.
Check the saved profile and confirm the document is attached to the correct student.
-
Open the correct student profile
Search by the student’s school identity and confirm the campus and class before opening the record.
-
Review identity details
Check the student’s name, date of birth, CNIC or passport, contact information, guardian details, classification, and past-school information where those fields apply.
-
Review qualifications
Add or correct prior qualifications using the profile’s qualification section. Confirm the awarding institution, program, dates, and evidence against the documents supplied.
-
Upload and verify supporting documents
Use the identity-document fields to add only the approved document types. Confirm the correct student and document label, then verify an authorized reviewer can open it.
-
Save and audit the record
Save changes through the profile workflow and reopen the relevant section to verify the data. Follow school policy for correcting or replacing an existing document.
Upload only the evidence required by the school and keep it within authorized portal access.
Privacy and access
Identity documents and qualifications can contain sensitive information. Do not download or share them outside the school’s approved process.
If an identity value is incorrect, follow the school’s verification and correction procedure instead of creating a duplicate student record.
Student responsibilities
A student should provide current and accurate information and contact the school office if the portal displays an incorrect identity or qualification detail.
